What is the Relationship between the Four Dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard and Organization Performance of Ghanaian Public Universities?

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of the best-known strategic planning and evaluation tools that uses both monetary non-monetary data. This paper focuses on empirically testing whether four dimensions BSC predicts organizational performance Ghanaian public universities. study adopted a cross-sectional, descriptive survey design primary sources data was gathered through hand-administered structured questionnaires from academic administrative staff 10 accredited universities in Ghana. also employed structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS to analyze 134 samples. Results boostrapping method for model t-values were significantly statistically different each other, but all showed positive relation perceived performance. results non-financial measures have better outcomes employees’ performances which corroborates central proposition Scorecard. It recommended want maintain improve must pay attention customers’ perspective by providing relevant high-quality education acquaints students knowledge transferable basic skills identify opportunities special initiatives, collaborative partnerships, accountability constituents.
